How will my product be shipped?

Our items are shipped with SENDLE.

SENDLE is Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service.

All METAMELBOURNE products are shipped boxed, securely packed to prevent any damage during transit occuring.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $10.00 AUD, or free for orders over $80. 

How long does standard delivery take?

All delivery time frames are an estimate only and METAMELBOURNE will not be liable to you for losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays. Standard shipping takes 2-10 business days, depending on your location in Australia. Please note order dispatch may be up to 3 business days.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email metamelbourne@gmail.com. 

We currently ship only within Australia.
