MAR 5 Frank Fazio presents “How to make (or break) a restaurant in 45 mins using NLP”
An accomplished, charismatic and passionate trainer in the fields of Retail and Hospitality Management, Frank Fazio currently works for the Tatts Group (Tattersalls) and is one of only 3 people charged with training and development for over 900 retail outlets across Victoria, Tasmania, ACT and NT.
Frank’s passion for teaching and facilitating came about after having been a successful Entrepreneur and Restauranteur both in Australia and in Southern Italy. He is the founder and owner of Fazio Foods (a catering business based in Brighton, Melbourne) and has been a consulting chef to aussiebarbie.com.au , which is a sydney based web start-up founded by food journalist, Kim Terakis.
After finishing his HSC here in Melbourne, Frank went on to William Anglis to study hospitality. In later life became certified as a trainer with a Cert IV in Assessment and Training an also studied NLP Plus with us at CMC Training
