FEB 5 - Dr. Rachel Cameron presents “Sleep Science & NLP”
Dr. Rachel Cameron is a consultant for one of Australia’s largest sleep and health science companies, Wenatex. Rachel deals with one of the most important aspects maintaining a healthy body - Helping you get a good night’s sleep.
Rachel holds a BSc (Honours) and Doctorate of Philosophy (Medicine) from the University of Sydney with a component of the study performed at the Department of Gastroenterology at Stanford University, California in USA. She went on to train as a Sleep Consultant and also completed her NLP PLUS practitioner training with The Centre of Management Creativity .
Following her studies Rachel has worked in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Alternative Medicines and has taught at University of Sydney and Melbourne, Monash University and the Southern School of Natural Therapies. She has also worked in Executive coaching and recruitment and is now working in health promotion with the major components of her current work being public speaking as well as direct sales.
Rachel applies her NLP PLUS and coaching techniques on a daily basis in her speaking both public and in a one-on-one basis and on herself!

Howdy Meta Melbournians ;),
It was great to see everyone back for 2009 and kicking goals at our February Meta Melbourne “Sleep Science & NLP” Workshop.
For those that couldn’t make it on the night, we saw in action some awesome presentation skills incorporating NLP processes and sequences. Complete with product demonstrations, visual aids, handouts and very carefully selected words, Dr Rachel Cameron gave an incredibly informative and real life demo of engaging your clients and catering your communication to connect with ALL people within a group.
She also shared some NLP tips on:
* Presenting and relating to groups
* Understanding and identifying group structure
* Keeping your focus on your client and;
* Catering your language for all Sub-Modalities
